Reynaldo Feo

Raised just outside of Chicago, Reynaldo began cutting hair at 11 years old—drawn not only to the craft itself, but to the quiet confidence that comes from presentation done well. What started as instinct evolved into a disciplined appreciation for detail, refinement, and the impact of carrying yourself with intention.

Even during the years he stepped away from barbering, the standard remained. Returning to the craft with a stronger sense of direction, Reynaldo developed an approach rooted in restraint, consistency, and elevated execution—where nothing feels excessive, yet every detail is considered.

His work reflects a balance of precision and ease. Clean finishes. Measured detail. An atmosphere that feels composed rather than performative. The experience is designed to feel effortless, while the standard behind it remains exacting.

More than anything, his work is driven by legacy—the desire to build something lasting through discipline, consistency, and respect for the craft.

The result is simple: understated refinement, sharp presentation, and a level of confidence that carries beyond the chair.

From Rey:

“In the years I stepped away from barbering, it never fully left me. Coming back to it gave me a different perspective—not just on the craft itself, but on the impact confidence and self-presentation can have on people.

I take pride in making sure every client leaves feeling good about themselves. For me, it’s not just about the haircut—it’s about creating an experience where people can relax, reset, and walk out feeling sharper than when they came in.

A big part of what drives me is my family and building something I can be proud of long term. I’m always pushing myself to grow, improve, and give people my best every time they sit in my chair.”
